How to install stainless steel sleeve ball valve

Ferrule ball valve, also known as ferrule ball valve, double ferrule ball valve, single ferrule ball valve, ferrule reducer ball valve, ferrule ball valve, ferrule ball valve, QG Y1 sleeve ball valve, sleeve variable diameter ball valve. The products are widely used in water treatment equipment, chemical equipment, petrochemical equipment, petroleum equipment, papermaking equipment, mining equipment, power equipment matching, liquefied gas equipment, food equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, mechanical equipment valves, electronic industry valves, urban construction valves, industrial pipeline valves, general components, industrial equipment, fire HVAC, filtration equipment, environmental protection equipment and other fields.

1. Thin walled stainless steel pipes and fittings should not come into direct contact with cement, cement mortar, or concrete. When the pipeline is concealed, anti-corrosion tape should be wrapped around the outer wall of the pipeline or plastic coated thin-walled stainless steel pipe should be used.

When using cement mortar to fill concealed pipelines, insulation materials should be used to ensure that there are gaps between the cement mortar and the pipes. To allow the concealed pipes to expand and retract freely.

3. It is advisable to use plastic coated thin-walled stainless steel (316 type) pipes for burial to avoid acid and alkali corrosion on the outer wall of the pipes or damage to the pipes caused by sharp and hard debris. Other wrapping materials can also be used for anti-corrosion measures, such as wrapping two layers of polyethylene tape or two layers of vinyl chloride tape, wrapping two layers of asphalt paint (or epoxy resin), and fiberglass plastic cloth for anti-corrosion.

4. The pipeline should be reasonably equipped with expansion compensation devices and brackets (fixed brackets and movable brackets) to control the direction of expansion or compensation of the pipeline. When the straight section length of thin-walled stainless steel pipes for hot water, whether buried or not, exceeds 10-15m, it is advisable to take axial compensation measures for the pipes. When the nominal diameter is greater than 50mm, it is advisable to install stainless steel waveform expansion joints or stainless steel linear temperature compensators.

5. It is recommended to take anti condensation measures for thin-walled stainless steel pipes for water supply in exposed buildings, and insulation measures should be taken for thin-walled stainless steel pipes for hot water
