Can welded ball valves be used for low temperatures

Regarding the welding ball valve, it can be used for low temperatures. There are many levels of ball valves according to temperature: ultra-low temperature, low temperature, normal temperature, high temperature, ultra-high temperature. These levels of valves can be connected to valves and pipelines by welding.

Welded ball valves are widely used in various fields, and their superior quality and high-performance stability are unmatched by ordinary cast steel ball valves. The service life of fully welded ball valves is much longer than that of cast steel ball valves.

Technical characteristics of welded ball valves:

1. The valve body structure is welded as a whole, and there will be no external leakage.

2. The valve seat is composed of PTFE sealing rings and springs, which have strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, and will not produce any leakage within the range of use.

3. The anti leakage structure of the valve stem includes one PTFE self sealing gasket and one O-ring at the bottom of the valve stem, with two O-ring seals and two PTFE gaskets on top to ensure no leakage.

4. The valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, and there will be no uneven stress, nor will it deform due to earthquakes or compression when vehicles pass through the ground.

5. The valve body is light and easy to insulate.

6. Directly buried ball valves can be directly buried underground, without the need to build tall valve wells. Only small shallow wells need to be installed on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and project time.

7. The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.

8. The machining accuracy of the sphere is very precise and easy to operate, with no adverse interference.
